Best way to get in and out of bed during pregnancy


Are you pregnant or have you just delivered your baby? Is getting in and out of bed difficult or painful?

1. Sit back on the bed as far as you can.

2. Lift your legs and lower yourself on your side. Guide with your arms.


3. Lying down.




1. Place your top hand on the bed and bend your knees.

2. Lower your legs towards the floor. Push at the same time with your upper arm. In that way you move as one piece.
